Who’s Amy?

I’m a heart-led person with a head for leadership and business strategy.
And, yes! These things can absolutely go together.

Many women leaders feel torn between prioritizing their heart's wisdom and adhering to systems and structures. At the same time, others fear losing touch with their hearts if they focus too much on business structure. However, it's possible to honor both aspects simultaneously.

I know because I've done it myself.

In my work spanning organization development and depth psychology, alongside my passion for transformative practices like dance and Vipassana meditation, I've discovered the power of integrating head and heart in leadership. To lead successfully, it's crucial to harmonize the guidance of both intellect and intuition, a lesson I apply to my life and my clients' journeys.

As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach, I work with women leaders from all walks of life, helping them cultivate their connection to their inner wisdom while being strategic and intentional about their work. I have coached hundreds of people across many industries for over a decade. I support them in taking the steps needed to achieve their goals and clarify their life’s purpose.

Guiding women to deeper awareness

Drawing upon my background in depth psychology, I specialize in guiding women through the labyrinth of their inner worlds, unraveling the threads of self-doubt, fear, and inherited beliefs that often lie dormant in the shadows of the psyche. Together, we bring these patterns to light, fostering a profound understanding of how past experiences shape present behavior and empowering you to transcend limitations with newfound clarity and purpose.

With a master's degree in organization development and firsthand experience as a business owner and leader, I offer deep psychological insight and practical strategies for navigating the complexities of leadership and team dynamics. Our coaching journey encompasses a holistic approach to personal and professional growth, from time management to conflict resolution and self-care to strategic communication.

At the heart of my work lies a commitment to nurturing emotional intelligence, fostering trust, and reclaiming the innate feminine wisdom within each woman. Through intensive exploration and gentle guidance, my clients experience profound breakthroughs, cultivating a deeper understanding of themselves and their unique leadership journey.

And When I’m Not Coaching?

Life has so much to offer, and I’m here for it.

I own an organic farm-to-table restaurant with my life partner in San Francisco. You can learn more about the restaurant here. At home, I love cooking organic vegan food and studying herbalism. I believe that home-cooked local organic food is the best preventative medicine.

I’m a doctoral student. In 2021, I began depth psychology studies at Pacifica Graduate Institute. I’m working towards my Doctorate’s in Counseling Psychology and seeing clients under supervision.

I love teaching. I was an instructor for Stanford University, Sonoma State University, and Sias University (Zhengzhou, China). I’ve taught courses in business strategy, leadership intelligence, and team development.

I’m a Vipassana meditator. I have practiced Vipassana meditation for over 10 years and have found the insight I’ve gained from observing breath and sensations with awareness and equanimity to be imperative for my personal and professional development. I bring this awareness of subtlety into every client meeting, and it helps me to attune to the undercurrents that emerge and lead to transformative insight.

I’ve trained in Women’s Tao Tantric Arts. As a practitioner and facilitator of Women’s Tao Tantric Arts, I work with energy and see the deeper connections between our inner world and our outer experiences. This awareness brings greater depth and possibility to my work with clients.

I’m passionate about bringing community together. I love creating intentional space for people to gather and connect. I enjoy hosting tea ceremonies and rituals that bring people more fully into the present moment.
